Karlovarská vrchovina (Carlsbad Highlands) is a geomorphologic area in the Czech Republic spreading to the south of Krušné hory (Ore Mountains), with the highest point Lesný rising to 983 metres above the sea level. The landscape is characterised by a broken relief composed of crystalline schist, granitoids and a metadiabas complex. The Carlsbad Highlands are divided into Slavkovský les (Slavkov Forest) and Tepelská vrchovina (Teplá Highlands).
